The Magnitogorsk depot is located at the station of the South Ural railway. In the 1960s – 1970s, Lengiprotrans developed a project for the reconstruction of the depot in connection with the transfer to electric traction.

Back in the pre-war period, Lentransproekt (since 1951 — Lengiprotrans) started design and survey work on the Kartaly — Akmolinsk (now Astana) — Pavlodar line, which became an important link in the South Siberian Railway. The line was supposed to contribute to the development of the industry of large coal deposits (Ekibastuz and Korzhenkul) and copper (Boschekul).

In the post-war years, the Institute also carried out major design work on the main railway, including the design of a large bridge across the Ishim River in Kazakhstan.

In the post-war years, the Department of Plants of Lentransproekt (since 1951 - Lengiprotrans) developed a project for the reconstruction of the Gatchina Engine Repair Plant on the instructions of the Leningrad Oblast Executive Committee. It was created on the basis of the restored production premises of the former gramophone plant.

The plant was intended for the repair of tractor engines at machine-tractor stations in the Leningrad Region. It was designed to overhaul 1,250 engines per year and manufacture spare parts.

After the blockade of Leningrad was lifted, a group of specialists from Lentransproekt (since 1951 - Lengiprotrans) was engaged in designing the restoration of the destroyed transport infrastructure. According to the projects of this group, military units carried out temporary restoration of bridges destroyed by German troops during the retreat. Among these structures was a large bridge over the Luga River. The design and construction of these structures was carried out on a very tight schedule.

In 2000, Lengiprotrans took part in the design of the overpass between Dunaysky Prospekt and the railway tracks of the Vitebsk direction of the Oktyabrskaya Railway. The overpass connected the Frunzensky and Moskovsky districts of St. Petersburg.

The length of the structure is 807 m, including the overpass - 572 m, retaining walls - 140 m.

After the blockade of Leningrad was lifted, a group of specialists from Lentransproekt (since 1951 - Lengiprotrans) was engaged in the restoration of the destroyed transport infrastructure together with the troops. According to the projects of this group, military units carried out temporary restoration of bridges destroyed by German troops during the retreat. Among these structures was a large bridge over the Narva River. The design and construction of these structures was carried out on a very tight schedule.

In the post-war years, the Lentransproekt architectural studio (since 1951 - Lengiprotrans) developed a project for the restoration of the railway station at Abrene station (now Pytalovo station of the Oktyabrskaya railway). The station is located near the interstate border with Latvia.

The Luga - Pskov railway line is a section of the Warsaw direction of the Oktyabrskaya railway, passing through the Leningrad and Pskov regions.

The project of dispatching centralization of the line was developed by Lengiprotrans in the 1970s.

In 1997, the institute also prepared a feasibility study for the electrification of the Luga-Pskov section. When developing the project, technical and organizational measures for environmental protection were envisaged. However, it was not implemented for economic reasons.

The Siverskaya - Luga railway line is a section of the Varshavskaya line of the Oktyabrskaya railway.

The project of the second tracks on the section with electrification was developed by Lengiprotrans with the aim of increasing the capacity in the 1970s and 1980s.

The railway station in Konigsberg (now Kaliningrad) was conceived at the end of the 19th century. This was implemented in the 1920s.

Throughout almost the entire Second World War, the station was operational, but in 1945, enemy shells severely damaged it. The architectural studio Lentransproekt (since 1951 - Lengiprotrans) has developed a project for the restoration of the building. In 1949, the renovated station was opened.
