Recruiting young specialists is an important aspect of the HR policy of JSC Lengiprotrans. Young specialists are employees aged up to 30 who majored in subject areas needed by the company and were hired within a year after graduation.
Once hired, a new employee goes through an adaptation and training period. There are internship programs available for effective adaptation of young specialists.
Every new employee is assigned a mentor for the trial period. The mentor takes part in the development of a personal plan for the new colleague.
During the course of the trial period, all new employees can participate in improvement of work processes and in innovation projects. On completion of the trial period, the new employee is to report on the execution of his/her personal plan.
