In the 2010s, Lengiprotrans developed a project for a road overpass on the Tammisuo - Gvardeyskoye section of the Vyborg-Kamenogorsk railway section to replace three closed crossings in the Vyborgsky district of the Leningrad region.

The transport interchange includes 5 artificial structures:
• highway overpass on the direction Zverevo - Malinovka, crossing the Vyborg - Lokomotiv gardening highway, the Vyborg - Kamennogorsk double-track railway and the Tali river;
• road bridge in the direction Vyborg - gardening "Lokomotiv";
• three culverts.

Leningrad-Finlyandsky (now St. Petersburg-Finlyandsky) is a railway station of the October railway in St. Petersburg.

In the period 1950-1967, Lengiprotrans developed a project for the construction of a new motor car depot at the Leningrad-Finlyandsky station. The construction and reconstruction of multi-unit depots in Leningrad was carried out simultaneously with the electrification of suburban railway sections.

In the 2010s, Lengiprotrans developed a project for an overpass at the intersection of railways and a public highway in the Gatchinsky District of the Leningrad Region.

A three-span, two-lane road overpass with approaches for two traffic lanes was designed. The structure is made of corrugated metal structures.

Titan is a railway station on the Apatity - Titan line of the October railway in the Murmansk region.

In the period 1970-1989, Lengiprotrans developed a project for the reconstruction of the Titan station and an access road in connection with the construction of a transshipment complex of North-West Phosphoric Company CJSC (NWPC).

To ensure the export of apatite-nepheline concentrate from NWPC with the loading of the transshipped cargo into railway wagons, a loading track and an exhaust track for rearrangement of trains was designed.

In 2006–2011, Lengiprotrans developed a project for a transport interchange along the section of Blanc-Menilskaya Street through the railway tracks of the Oranienbaum direction of the Oktyabrskaya Railway.

Main objectives of the project:
• expansion of the city's road network;
• elimination of traffic jams arising from the low capacity of the existing railway crossing;
• provision of a full-fledged interdistrict transport connection.

TCh-21 Volkhovstroy is a repair locomotive depot at the Volkhovstroy-I railway station in the Volkhov district of the Leningrad region.

In the 2000s, the locomotive depot was reconstructed under the Lengiprotrans project in order to repair the VL10, VL11, VL15 series electric locomotives and increase the enterprise's capacity.

The construction of the following objects was carried out under the project:

Leningrad-Sortirovochny-Moskovsky (now St. Petersburg-Sortirovochny-Moskovsky) is the railway station of the Oktyabrskaya railway.

The station development project was developed by Lengiprotrans in 1978-1982. The head of the sorting yard of the even system was rebuilt with the implementation of work on the automation of the even-numbered hill, the paths of the reception parks and the sorting odd-numbered system were lengthened, the odd hill was automated; completed work on laying 7 additional sorting tracks in an even sorting yard.

In the late 1990s, Lengiprotrans developed a project for a multi-unit depot at the Metallostroy station, intended for servicing and repairing the ER2T electric trains of the Moscow and Vitebsk directions and the Sokol high-speed trains of the St. Petersburg-Moscow railway line.

According to the title, the institute also designed a number of artificial structures: road and rail bridges across the Slavyanka River, an overpass and a pedestrian bridge.

In the 1950s, Lengiprotrans developed a project for the overhaul of the bridge over the Pissa River at 912 km of the Virbalis - Kaliningrad section of the Lithuanian Railway.

In 1981, Lengiprotrans developed a project for the reconstruction of a bridge over the Tovarny stream in 1981 as part of the track reconstruction of the Kaliningrad-Sortirovochny station.
