Personnel and social policy

JSC Lengiprotrans complies with the Labor Code of the Russian Federation, improves its social policy and works to provide its employees with a good working environment. The social policy is determined by the current collective employment agreement.

The main objectives of the social policy are:

  • staff development;
  • improvement of staff motivation systems;
  • development of corporate social programs;
  • supporting good social welfare and work conditions;
  • implementation of the youth policy;
  • strengthening the corporate culture;
  • social support including benefits and compensations as provided in the collective employment agreement.

 

Employees can influence the social policy of the company. There are guarantees, benefits and compensations provided to full-time employees:

  • optional medical insurance;
  • partial reimbursement of railway and air travel expenses;
  • anniversary bonuses;
  • partial reimbursement of children's summer camp expenses;
  • maternity benefits in the amount of 5% of the maternity capital as provided under the RF Federal Law of 29.12. 2006 No. 256-Federal Law "On additional measures of state support to families with children";
  • monthly benefits for employees on maternity leave, provided for 1.5 to 3 years;
