The Norilsk Railway is an isolated railway network in the north of the Krasnoyarsk Territory. It is one of the northernmost steel lines in the world.
In the 1980s, Lengiprotrans prepared a project for the electrification of the Norilsk railway by order of the USSR Ministry of Nonferrous Metallurgy. The line was electrified with 3.3 kV direct current. By 1985, the electric sections were completely replaced by the ER1 and ER2 electric trains.
Rybatskoye - Polyany - a section on the Volkhovstroevsky direction of the October railway.
In the post-war period, Lengiprotrans developed projects for the restoration of destroyed signaling and communication devices on the approaches to Leningrad, in the Baltic States and Belarus. Makushino - Omsk - Novosibirsk is a section that is part of the South Ural and West Siberian railways.
During the Great Patriotic War, the specialists of Lentransproekt (since 1951 - Lengiprotrans) performed design work on signaling and communication devices on the Makushino - Novosibirsk section. The carrying capacity of the line was increased to ensure the supply of the country through the Far East and transportation during the subsequent war with Japan.
Railway line Mudyuga - Kem - a section that is part of the Northern and Oktyabrskaya railways.

In the late 1960s - early 1970s, according to the Lengiprotrans project, second tracks were built on the site in order to increase the capacity. This was also due to the construction of a road overpass in the alignment of Piskarevsky Prospekt above the station tracks in the early 1960s.
The Piskarevka - Rzhevka section is the connecting line of the Oktyabrskaya railway within the boundaries of St. Petersburg.
The single-track section Piskarevka - Rzhevka for a long time remained a "bottleneck" that impeded intensive commuter traffic. In 1986-1987, according to the Lengiprotrans project, the second main track was laid here. As a result, all railway approaches to Piskarevka station became double-tracked.
