In 1935, "Lentransproekt" (since 1951 - "Lengiprotrans") worked on the railway facilities of the Ukrainian SSR. The project of the Popasnyansky Car Repair Plant, one of such facilities, was developed with the aim of carrying out all types of repairs of passenger and freight cars to increase the working fleet of cars, as well as to ensure traffic safety during the operation of the car fleet.

In 1979-1985, the Department of Plants (now part of the OPGS) of Lengiprotrans developed a project for the Tselinograd plant of reinforced concrete structures and building parts for Dorstroytrest. The enterprise was intended for the production of prefabricated reinforced concrete and concrete structures and products.

Lenmetrostroy (now Metrostroy) is a department for the construction of the subway in Leningrad, founded in 1941.

Since the 1950s, Lengiprotrans has been involved in the design of ground-based facilities of the Leningrad metro: electric depot, repair bases, transfer stations between the metro and the railway. In 1971-1975, the institute developed a project for the integrated production base "Lenmetrostroy" in Leningrad.

Construction Department "Pechorstroy" is a construction company that was founded in 1940 in connection with the need to build the North-Pechora railway to transport Vorkuto-Pechora coals.

The Pechorstroy production base in the city of Pechora was built according to the Lengiprotrans project in 1971-1975.

Pechorstroy took part in the construction of many railway lines designed by Lengiprotrans in the North-West of Russia: Mikun - Syktyvkar, Mikun - Koslan, Synya - Usinsk, Karpogory - Vendinga and Chinyavoryk - Timan.

In 1984-1985, Lengiprotrans participated in the design of the Klaipeda-Mukran ferry crossing to ensure transit traffic between the USSR and the CMEA countries (Council for Mutual Economic Assistance). Within the framework of the project, in 1985, the production base of the Balttransstroy trust was designed to organize the construction of a ferry crossing.

Pärnu is a former railway station on the Tallinn-Pärnu line of the Estonian Railways.

In the period 1966-1970, the Architectural and Construction Department (now OPGS) of Lengiprotrans developed a project for an office building at Pärnu station.

Trust "Balttransstroy" is an organization of the USSR Ministry of Transport Construction, which carried out the construction of transport facilities on the territory of the Baltic republics and the Kaliningrad region. For construction, the trust used its own production facilities.

The production base of the Baltransstroy repair and construction department in Tallinn was built according to the Lengiprotrans project in 1971-1975.

Škirotava is a railway station on the Riga - Daugavpils line of the Latvian Railway.

In 1976, according to the Lengiprotrans project, a rest house for locomotive crews with 96 sleeping places was built at the station.

Imanta is a residential area in the western part of Riga, located on the left bank of the Daugava River.

In 1991, by order of the Riga City Administration, Lengiprotrans developed a project for the integrated automation of heat supply and heat consumption in the district at 45 Gcal / h.
