The passenger stop "Prospekt Slavy" is located on the Vitebsk line of the Oktyabrskaya railway within the boundaries of the St. Petersburg railway junction. Suburban electric trains pass through the platform.
The project of major reconstruction of the stopping point was developed by the Department of nodes and stations of Lengiprotrans in 1960-1970.
Initially, the stopping point was called "Kupchino", in 1974 it was renamed into "Prospect of Slavy".
