The Bologovsky railway junction is a large transit junction on the main line Moscow - St. Petersburg of the Oktyabrskaya railway. The following directions pass through the junction: Bologoye - Sonkovo, Bologoye - Dno, Bologoye - Velikiye Luki.
In the 1950s – 1960s, the Department of Junctions and Stations of Lengiprotrans developed a general scheme for the development of the Bologovsky railway junction.
