The Ust-Luga Commercial Sea Port is located in the Leningrad Region, in the Luga Bay of the Gulf of Finland of the Baltic Sea. Lengiprotrans carried out design work for the development of the Ust-Luga railway junction.
In 2014, a project was developed for non-public use of a bulk cargo complex in the seaport of Ust-Luga.
Oil cargo complex (CNG) is a new terminal in the seaport of Ust-Luga. The non-public railway lines of the KNG adjoin the existing station of the general railway network - Luzhskaya-Neftyanaya. The terminal is equipped with unloading railway racks for unloading oil products. The track development is located within the fence of the KNG Complex, with the exception of the connecting tracks adjoining in even and odd necks to the exhaust tracks of the Luzhskaya-Neftyanaya station.
