The Ust-Luga Commercial Sea Port is located in the Leningrad Region, in the Luga Bay of the Gulf of Finland of the Baltic Sea. Lengiprotrans carried out design work for the development of the Ust-Luga railway junction.
In 2015, a project was developed for the internal railway tracks of the complex for transshipment of liquefied hydrocarbon gases (LPG) in the Ust-Luga Commercial Sea Port adjacent to the Lugskaya station of the Oktyabrskaya Railway.
The terminal is equipped with unloading railway racks of liquefied petroleum gases and petroleum products. The track development is located within the fence of the LPG Complex, with the exception of the exhaust paths and the external access road, which are located outside the fenced area. The ways of non-public use of the LPG Complex are equipped with electric centralization (EC), the control equipment is located in the EC post.
