Electric depot TCH-2 “Dachnoe” is located on the Kirovsko-Vyborgskaya line of the St. Petersburg metro, behind the Avtovo metro station. It carries out medium and major repairs of wagons. The depot was opened in 1970.

Lengiprotrans has developed a project for the reconstruction of the production base of the Dachnoye electric depot. The modernization is due to the opening of new metro lines and the renewal of rolling stock.

The design documentation provided for 3 stages of construction:

Locomotive depot Petrozavodsk (TCh-24) is located in the capital of the Republic of Karelia and is part of the Oktyabrskaya railway. It was founded back in 1916.
In 1959, a massive replacement of steam locomotives with diesel locomotives began on the Kirov railway. In this regard, in the late 1950s - early 1960s, Lengiprotrans developed a project for the reconstruction of the depot with a conversion to a heating system.
In 1962, the first repair of the locomotive was carried out at the locomotive depot in Petrozavodsk.

Station Tver (in 1931–1998 — station Kalinin) is a large transport hub of the Oktyabrskaya railway. The historic station was built in the middle of the 19th century. Since the 1970s, Lengiprotrans has been developing a project for a new station complex for 2,000 passengers.

In 1991, a new station was opened, located on the other side of the railway, opposite the old building.

As part of the creation of a new station complex with a passenger station in the 1950s, Lengiprotrans developed a project for the building of the Kirov Railway Administration in Petrozavodsk.

In the 1990s, Lengiprotrans developed a project for the building of the Unified Dispatch Control Center (EDCU) of the Oktyabrskaya Railway in St. Petersburg. EDTSU is intended to accommodate dispatching personnel and a set of technical means associated with the operational management of transportation on the Oktyabrskaya railway.

The construction of the EDCU building became necessary to organize the receipt of operational and reliable information about the movement of trains, as well as to create modern working conditions for the dispatching personnel.

In the 1960s Lengiprotrans developed a project for a railway station in Arkhangelsk. The building is located in the city center at the Arkhangelsk-Gorod station of the Northern Railway.

The building was designed on the right bank of the Northern Dvina River, in the immediate vicinity of the city. Such an opportunity arose in connection with the construction of a railway crossing across the river from Isakogorki station to Arkhangelsk, the project of which was also carried out by Lengiprotrans.

According to the results of the competition of theConstruction Committee, won in 2016, Lengiprotrans completed design work for the construction of a stationary institution of social services "Psychoneurologic nursing home". The nursing home is designed for 300 people and provides social services and permanent residence for people with limited mobility and people with disabilities, older people who need constant help. Institutions of this type have not been built in St. Petersburg for the last 30 years.

In the 1970s, Lengiprotrans engineers designed a base for the repair of metro cars in Kiev. The facility was created with the aim of organizing all types of metro car repairs in order to return them to service as soon as possible. The implementation of the project ensured the safety of the metro rolling stock and, as a result, passengers.

Station Volkhovstroy-I is located at the marshalling yard in the city of Volkhov. The station was opened in 1904 on the St. Petersburg - Vologda line under the original name Zvanka.

Baltic Coast Health resort is a medical and prophylactic institution of the St. Petersburg metro. It is located in a picturesque place on the Karelian Isthmus near the Gulf of Finland in the city of Zelenogorsk, in the Kurortny district of St. Petersburg.

In 1968, Lengiprotrans was approved as the general designer of the building, as well as the garage and utility building on the territory of the sanatorium.
