The Institute has designed the electrical interlocking of the Markia junction within the equipment of the Tartus-Latakia line with signaling and communication devices.

For many years Lengiprotrans has been developing the railway network in the Syrian Arab Republic. In the 1980s, the institute developed a project for the Tartus-Latakia line for operational communication between the two Syrian ports of the Mediterranean Sea.

In 1989, signaling and communication devices were designed on the line, including the following facilities:
- external and station communication devices on the line;
- laying and installation of the main communication cable on the line;
- traffic light bridge at line 893.

In the 1980s, Lengiprotrans carried out design and survey work for the external railway transport to the phosphate mining plant in the Syrian Arab Republic. This was due to the need to transport phosphate rock. An album of split point diagrams was developed.

In the first half of the 1960s, Lengiprotrans participated in the development of projects for buildings and structures on the Latakia - Oronte and Kamyshli - Aleppo - Oronte railways under construction in the Syrian Arab Republic. In total, about 100 buildings were designed in Syria, among which one of the largest was the locomotive and carriage depot. The depot cubic capacity was 110.0 thousand cubic meters.
