In the 1970s, Lengiprotrans developed a project for route-relay electrical interlocking (EC) for 85 switches at Daugavpils II station.

Ziemelblazma is a freight station in the Riga railway junction on the Zemitany - Skulte line. It was opened in 1933. Here, cargo is transshipped from the railway to sea vessels and vice versa. In the 1990s Lengiprotrans developed a project for the development of the station.

During the Soviet period, Lengiprotrans took an active part in the development of railway approaches to the commercial sea ports of the Baltic republics. This was a strategically important task, since the ports were large transit centers for the transshipment of goods from the sea to the railroad and vice versa. In 1970–1980, the institute developed a project for the “District Railway Park on the Kundzinsala Island and the Access Roads of the Riga Sea Port”.

In 1930-1940s Lengiprotrans developed the general layout of the Riga railway junction. It was of strategic importance for the economic development of the Republic of Latvia and the Soviet Union as a whole, since Riga was a large transit center, where cargo was transshipped from the railway to port ships in the Baltic Sea.

In 1950-1960s Lengiprotrans developed a project for the reconstruction of a railway station in Riga. This was the first renovation of the building since its construction at the end of the 19th century on the Moscow-Vindavo-Rybinsk railway.

During the Soviet period, Lengiprotrans made a great contribution to the development of transport approaches to seaports in the Baltic States. In the 1970s, the institute designed a road overpass across the railway tracks along Dzintaru street in the Ventspils port area.

Port of Ventspils is the largest transit port on the Baltic Sea. It carries out industrial processing and transshipment of oil, liquid chemical products, coal, timber and other goods.

The Port of Riga is a large ice-free port in the capital of Latvia. Most of the cargo turnover is made up of transit cargo, the main of which are: coal, oil products, timber and container cargo.

In 1950-1960s Lengiprotrans developed a project for the railways of the Port of Riga. During the Soviet period, the ports of the Baltic Sea were important transit centers, in connection with which it was necessary to develop their transport infrastructure.

Liepaja port is the largest ice-free port in Latvia. The seaport handles a large volume of various cargo: oil products, metal, timber, coal, chemical cargo, scrap metal.

In 1950-1960s "Lengiprotrans" developed the project of the railway lines of the Liepaja port. During the Soviet period, the ports of the Baltic Sea were important transit centers, in connection with which it was necessary to develop their transport infrastructure. The port in Liepaja was also significant as a naval base of the Baltic Fleet.

During the Soviet period, Lengiprotrans took an active part in the transport development of railway approaches and stations at the seaports in the Baltic States. For the development of the Ventspils station, the institute has designed an overpass in the railway park located in the Ventspils port area.

Ventspils is an out-of-class railway station on the Ventspils - Tukums II line in the city of the same name in Latvia. It was opened in 1901 with the original name Vindava. The station carries out the transit of goods from the seaport to the railroad.
