Railway line Perm - Balezino - section of the Kirov - Perm line of the Gorkovskaya railway.
The line was electrified according to the Lengiprotrans project in 1951-1959. On the tracks, a coded auto-blocking was installed. This made it possible to reduce the number of wires suspended on the signal lines, and thus to facilitate the maintenance of linear automatic blocking devices.
During the same period, for the first time in the practice of designing the electrification of railways, the institute developed a project for the Balezino butt station for operation on direct and alternating current.
