From May to October 2013, surveys were carried out on the site, which were complicated by difficult conditions. For the possibility of equipment access, logging and construction of logs was carried out in order to install a drilling rig. In the course of the work, the physical and geographical characteristics of the area, engineering-geological and hydrogeological conditions, physical and mechanical characteristics of soils were described.
At the end of 2013, Lengiprotrans developed 7 variants of planning solutions for a holiday home. The latter was approved by the chief engineer of the Oktyabrskaya railway, and the institute began to develop design documentation. In 2014, adjustments were made to the project in order to optimize construction costs.
On May 8, 2015, a positive conclusion was received from the FAU "Glavgosexpertiza of Russia". In accordance with this, working documentation was developed.
