Minsk Steam Locomotive Car Repair Plant. Restoration of the plant with subsequent reconstruction

In the post-war years, Lentransproekt (since 1951 - Lengiprotrans) was actively developing new projects. The engineers paid special attention to the reconstruction of railway infrastructure facilities. One of them was the Minsk Steam Locomotive Repair Plant. Its restoration and reconstruction was needed for all types of repairs of steam locomotives, as well as for the repair of passenger and freight cars. The implementation of the project contributed to an increase in the working fleet of locomotives and wagons, traffic safety during the operation of the locomotive and wagon fleets.
