Born on December 30, 1974 in Leningrad.
In 1997 he graduated from the St. Petersburg State Academy of Refrigeration and Food Technologies with a degree in Low Temperature Engineering and Physics. In 1998 he completed his studies at the St. Petersburg State Agrarian University with a degree in Accounting and Auditing. In 2000 he was awarded the degree of candidate of technical sciences. In 2010, he graduated from the Academy of National Economy under the Government of the Russian Federation under the Director of Economics and Finance program.
From 1999 to 2002 worked in the State Tax Inspectorate for St. Petersburg, audit companies. From 2002 to 2018 he worked at the institutes Giprotransignalsvyaz, Lengiprotrans in the positions of deputy chief accountant, chief accountant.
Since March 2018, he has been acting as Deputy General Director for Economics, Finance and Administration.
