Born on July 31, 1971 in Leningrad.
Graduated from the Civil Aviation Academy with a degree in Organization of Transportation and Air Transport Management.
From 2002 to 2010, she worked in the personnel service of Pulkovo Airport JSC, held the positions of an inspector of the personnel department, senior inspector of the personnel department, from 2005 to 2010 — deputy head of the personnel service. From 2010 to 2011, she worked as the Deputy Head of the Human Resources Department of Northern Capital Gateway LLC. In 2011, she was appointed Head of the general department of St. Petersburg State Unitary Enterprise City Center for Advertising Placement. Since 2013 she has been working in the personnel management department of Lengiprotrans. In 2015, she was appointed to the position of Director of Security Affairs.
