Opyakin Eduard Alexandrovich

Born on October 1st, 1985 in the village of Verkhneye Shilovo, Arkhangelsk Oblast.

Eduard Alexandrovich graduated from the St. Petersburg State Transport University in 2008 with a degree in Railway Construction, Track and Track Facilities.

Eduard Alexandrovich underwent practical training at Lengiprotrans and Roszheldorproek. Аfter graduating from University in 2008 he got a job at Lengiprotrans as an engineer in the department of survey and design of railways. From 2008 to 2018 he worked as an Engineer, Lead engineer, and Deputy Chief engineer of the project. In 2018, he was appointed Chief engineer of the project and held this position until 2026. In 2009 he became the head of the department of surveys and design of railways. With his participation and under his leadership, many major projects were carried out for the development of the railway hub of the transport system of St. Petersburg and the Leningrad region.

In 2026 Eduard Alexandrovich was appointed to the position of Chief Engineer at JSC Lengiprotrans.

His contribution to the development of the railway industry has been recognized with departmental and corporate awards.
