In the 1980s, the Architectural and Construction Department (now the Department of Industrial and Civil Buildings and Structures) of Lengiprotrans designed a large number of multi-purpose buildings. Among other things, projects were developed for a public block "A" and a dormitory for the House of Creativity of Soviet Filmmakers in Alushta on the Crimean Peninsula.
