On February 27, in the Library of Legal and Economic Information, representatives of PJSC Lengiprotrans and the Administration of the Moskovsky District of St. Petersburg met with a delegation from Anhui Province, China.
The meeting was attended by Zhang Houzhong, Chief Engineer, and Sheng Guangxia, Deputy Chief of the Integrated Transportation Division, dispatched from the Anhui Provincial Transportation Department. The delegation also included Bian Guoan, Deputy Head of the Quality Control Bureau for Transport Infrastructure Construction in Anhui Province, Cai Chuanlong, Head of the Port Department from the Regional Center for Maritime Administrative Services (Port and Navigation) and Li Juanling, Head of the Department of Logistics, Lecturer at the Faculty of Management construction of the Anhui vocational and technical institute of railways.
The meeting was opened by Galina Ivanovna Polyakova, delegate from the Moscow District Administration. Then Olga Nikolaevna Voronova, Head of Marketing Department of PJSC Lengiprotrans, addressed the guests with a welcoming speech. To get acquainted with the history of Lengiprotrans, an overview lecture was held, accompanied by a presentation and ended with a video clip “Ust-Luga railway junction”. After that, a conversation took place in a friendly atmosphere, during which both sides asked each other questions and talked about the development of transport in China and Russia. The Chinese side's questions were answered by Lengiprotrans employees with many years of design experience — Georgy Veniaminovich Matveev, Chief specialist in Electrification and power supply Department, and Anatoly Pavlovich Petrov, Chief specialist in Artificial structures.
The Chinese side highlighted the importance of exchange of experience and warmly thanked PJSC Lengiprotrans for organizing the event.
