On October 3, 2019, Moscow hosted the annual Safe Driving conference, traditionally dedicated to improving the safety and efficiency of the corporate vehicle fleet. During the conference, a lot of informative reports and expert opinions were made. Of course, the main agenda of all speeches within the framework of the business program was similar: how to reduce the accident rate of the vehicle fleet. As statistics show, more than 90% of accidents are caused by the human factor, which is why it is so important to work with people, share experiences and best practices in the field of vehicle fleet safety. Yuri Visnevsky, Commercial Director of SCOUT-Corporate Solutions, speaking at the conference, spoke about solutions for video analytics of unsafe conditions and driver actions, which allow recording cell phone conversations, smoking while driving and many other deviations fraught with accidents and other road traffic incidents.
