Golubovsky Dmitry Viktorovich

Born on September 17, 1971 in the village of Magdagachi, Magdagachinsky District, Amur Region.

In 1993, he graduated from the Khabarovsk Institute of Railway Engineers with a degree in Wagons. In 2008 graduated from Irkutsk State Transport University with a degree in Economics and Enterprise Management (Railway Transport). In 2005, he completed a professional retraining course at the Academy of National Economy under the Government of the Russian Federation under the Corporate Governance of Railway Transport program. In 2012, he completed training under the advanced training program "Designing transport infrastructure on the high-speed rail". In 2015, he successfully completed training under the corporate educational program of the Russian Railways Holding in the modular Executive MBA format of the Stockholm School of Economics.

Since 1993 he has been working at the enterprises of the railway industry. In 1993–2001, he worked at the Magdagachi wagon depot of the Trans-Baikal Railway. From 2001 to 2004, he was the head of the Belogorsk wagon depot of the Trans-Baikal Railway. In 2004-2006, he worked as the chief engineer of the Chita branch of the Trans-Baikal Railway. From 2006 to 2007, he held the position of head of the carriage service of the Trans-Baikal Railway. From 2007 to 2011, he worked at the Zabaikalzheldorproject Institute (branch of Roszheldorproject) as a director. From 2011 to 2015, Dmitry Viktorovich headed the Lengiprotransput St. Petersburg Institute for the Design of Engineering Structures and Industrial Track Facilities and Geological Survey (branch of Roszheldorproekt). Since 2015, he has been the General Director of the Lengiprotrans Institute.
