Design of automatic control and telecontrol equipment

JSC Lengiprotrans designs electric centralized signaling control devices for railway stations and automatic interlocking devices for railway links.

At present, we are working on the documentation for reconstruction of the existing automatic control and telecontrol devices of railway transport systems, and designing new electric centralized signaling control and interlocking systems of the following types:

  • relay and micro-processor electric centralized signaling systems for railway stations;
  • relay and micro-processor automatic and semi-automatic interlocking for railway links.
     

Buildings to house the tower equipment for electric centralized signaling control of stations and automatic interlocking of railway links are designed to be built with light steel structures; ECSC and AIL towers are built with transportable modules with automatic gaseous fire suppression and security CCTV systems.

Normally, all stations and railway links are equipped with

  • technical diagnostics and monitoring systems for railway automatic control and telecontrol (RCTC), including an automatic supervisory control system (ASCS) and an automatic diagnostic system (ADS);
  • central traffic control systems: Setun, Trakt, Yug;
  • an upgraded automatic brake control system with the centrally positioned of track devices.
     

All documentation is developed with the use of specialized software which improves the production culture, saves time and improves the quality of the products. There are capabilities for automated production of basic diagrams, wiring layouts, schematic and double-rail layouts of stations.

In Russia and the near abroad, Lengiprotrans can design:

  • railway automatic control and telecontrol devices for railway stations of all types: from halts to marshaling yards to station splicing;
  • automatic interlocking devices for adjoining railway links.
