Born on August 19, 1967 in the city of Kuznetsk, Penza region.
Graduated from the St. Petersburg State University of Service and Economics with a degree in Economics and Management at a Service Enterprise. Has a certificate from the Institute of Professional Accountants and Auditors of Russia.
At various times, Albina Petrovna held the position of chief accountant of such organizations as CJSC Saint-Petersburg Teleport, CJSC TransTeleCom Company and other large enterprises.
Since 2015 he has been working as Chief Accountant of JSC Lengiprotrans.
Albina Petrovna was awarded the Gratitude of the Head of the October Railway (2011).
