March 13, 2021 JSC Lengiprotrans (part of the 1520 Group of Companies) received a positive opinion from the FAI Glavgosexpertiza for the construction of a pedestrian bridge at the Redkino station of the October railway.

The design solutions provide for the construction of a covered pedestrian overpass over the tracks of the high-speed railway St. Petersburg — Moscow at Redkino station to replace the existing single-level pedestrian crossing. The pedestrian overpass will make it possible to carry out an unimpeded and safe passage through the railway tracks of the October Railway for passengers and local residents. The bridge is equipped with three elevators for the people with limited mobility.
The project was managed by the chief project engineer of the Bridges Department Ekaterina Ilyinichna Yazlovitskaya. The technical customer and developer is JSC Russian Railways.
