In the 1980s, Lengiprotrans developed a project for a road overpass at the intersection of Oktyabrsky Prospekt with Võidujoksu Street in the Dvigatel microdistrict of the Lasnamäe residential area of Tallinn. A working design and a building master plan were prepared.
