The Kirishi Oil Refinery (Kirishinefteorgsintez) is a large oil refinery in the city of Kirishi, Leningrad Region, founded in 1966.

The plant was intended to provide the North-West of Russia with gasoline, diesel fuel and fuel oil. The external railway transport of the enterprise for the transportation of goods was developed by Lengiprotrans in the 1960s.
