In the late 1980s and early 1990s, Lengiprotrans developed a project for an overpass along Ringtee Street across the Tartu-Pechora railway line in the city of Tartu.

A feasibility study was prepared and the construction part of the overpass for the complex was designed. Heat networks and power supply were also designed at the facility.
