Department of Industrial and Civil Buildings and Structures

Esil is a railway station in the Akmola region of Kazakhstan. Directions to Astana, Kartaly and Arkalyk pass through it.

In the period 1946-1955, Lengiprotrans designed a landfill at the station for the production of reinforced concrete products.

In the 1980s, the Lengiprotrans Plants Department designed facilities on the new Obskaya - Bovanenkovo railway line. In particular, the production base of the Yamaltransstroy trust was designed.

The Obskaya - Bovanenkovo line is the northernmost railway. The construction of the route was necessary to approach the gas fields on the Yamal Peninsula, the largest of which are Bovanenkovskoye and Kharasaveyskoye.

During the development of virgin lands Lengiprotrans designed 5 new large state farms in the Pavlodar region of the Kazakh SSR. Including the project of the state farm "Zholkuduk" was developed.

State farms have 5 branches with a total land area of 67.3 and 120.7 thousand hectares. At the branches of state farms, cattle farms have been designed for 1200-2000 dairy cows and 1000-1950 head of young fattening animals, a pig farm with fattening up to 12000 heads, a sheep farm and a poultry farm.

In the 1940s, in the course of the development of the railway network of the Kazakh SSR, Lentransproekt (since 1951 - Lengiprotrans) developed a project for a precast concrete plant (RC) in Akmolinsk (now Astana).

In the period 1956-1970, the institute carried out design work to expand the reinforced concrete plant for the release of new products of parts for large-panel residential buildings, prestressed overhead supports and bridge structures.

In the 1980s, the Lengiprotrans Plants Department designed facilities on the new Obskaya - Bovanenkovo railway line. In particular, the production base of the Mostostroy-6 trust was designed.

The Obskaya - Bovanenkovo line is the northernmost railway. The construction of the route was necessary to approach the gas fields on the Yamal Peninsula, the largest of which are Bovanenkovskoye and Kharasaveyskoye.

In the 1950s, Lengiprotrans developed a project for the Avtodetal plant for the manufacture of spare parts for cars at the Gryazi station of the South-Eastern Railway.

The enterprise was founded in 1869 as a turnaround depot of the Eletsko-Gryazinsky railway. In 1924, the bridge service of the South-Eastern Railway was organized on the basis of the depot. In subsequent years, the enterprise was renamed several times: in 1930 - mechanical plant, in 1936 - switch plant, in 1945 - Avtodetal plant and in 1960 received its modern name - Gryazi-Orlovsky Motor Vehicle Repair Plant.

Avtovo is the station of the Kirovsko-Vyborgskaya line of the Petersburg metro.

The department of factories (now part of the OPGS) of Lengiprotrans took an active part in the design of the ground facilities of the Petersburg Metro. In connection with the development of metro lines, the institute designed a base for lifting carriages at the Avtovo station in the 1950s. In the course of the work, all new technologies for the repair of subway cars were introduced, which are used at the Moscow metro and the Sokol subway car repair plant.

In the 1970s, Lengiprotrans developed a project for the reconstruction of the locomotive economy at the Daugavpils station.

The project provided for a major overhaul of the heat supply line of the locomotive economy with connection to the city networks at the station. The following projects were designed: heating and ventilation, sewerage, heating networks, a pumping station for pumping condensate, heating of a rest house for locomotive crews.

Ieriki is a railway station on the Riga-Lugazi line, which was previously part of the Pskov-Riga railway.

The project for the reconstruction of the water supply at the station was developed by Lengiprotrans in 1961.

Kurgan — Atbasar is a meridional railway project developed by Lengiprotrans for the development of virgin lands and transportation of grain crops.

Hydrological and hydrogeological surveys of water supply sources for the new railway were carried out at the site. Drilling of deep wells was used.
