In the 1980s, in the course of the development of the railway network of the Kazakh SSR, Lengiprotrans developed a project for the plant of reinforced concrete structures of the Kokchetavtransstroy trust in Kokchetav (now Kokshetau).

During the development of virgin lands Lengiprotrans designed 5 new large state farms in the Pavlodar region of the Kazakh SSR. Including the project of the state farm "Potaninsky" was developed.

State farms have 5 branches with a total land area of ​​67.3 and 120.7 thousand hectares. At the branches of state farms, cattle farms have been designed for 1200-2000 dairy cows and 1000-1950 head of young fattening animals, a pig farm with fattening up to 12000 heads, a sheep farm and a poultry farm.

The production base "Kokchetavtransstroy" GUZhDS of Kazakhstan and Central Asia (Main Directorate of Railway Construction of the USSR Ministry of Transport Construction) was built according to the Lengiprotrans project to organize the construction of second tracks and electrification on the Tselinograd - Kokchetav section and other large facilities of the Tselinnaya railway.

The facility has been designed:
• industrial site;
• production and service buildings;
• energy facilities, communications and signaling;
• reinforced concrete ramp for car washing.

In the course of designing railway lines for the development of virgin lands and coal deposits in Kazakhstan, Lengiprotrans has developed a significant number of social housing projects for workers and local residents. Including in the city of Kostanay (now Kostanay) a residential building with 79 apartments was designed.

Tobol is a railway station on the Akmolinsk - Kartaly line in the Kostanay region of Kazakhstan.

In the period 1946-1955, Lengiprotrans designed a landfill at the station for the production of reinforced concrete products.

In the 1950s – 1960s, Lengiprotrans designed new railway lines for the development of virgin lands in Kazakhstan. The capital of the republic Akmolinsk (now Astana) became the center of railway construction. In the same period in the city, the former Architectural and Construction Department of the Institute (now OPGS) developed a project for a railway technical school in Akmolinsk.

Kostanay (now Kostanay) is a railway station in the Kostanay region of Kazakhstan. Trains to Chelyabinsk, Astana, Alma-Ata, Karaganda, Arkalyk pass through it. Suburban trains also run to Novoishimskaya, Zhitikara, Troitsk.

In the period 1946-1955, Lengiprotrans designed a landfill for the production of reinforced concrete products at the Kustanai station.
