Leningrad Institute of Railway Transport Engineers named after Academician V.N. Obraztsova (LIIZhT, now the Emperor Alexander I St. Petersburg State Transport University, PGUPS) is a higher technical educational institution in Russia, created at the beginning of the 19th century with the aim of training specialists for the construction of land and water transport routes.

The premises of the LIIZHT club with an auditorium for 1200 seats were designed by the specialists of Lengiprotrans in 1974-1980.
